Two of my nieces are in love with The Beatles and Queen, specifically Freddy Mercury. So I made up some quick projects to give them for their birthdays.
I found a vector image online of Freddy Mercury and traced it in my software program. The Abbey Road and head silhouettes of The Beatles were free svg's I found in a Facebook group.
Super simple to cut out using vinyl and applied to the items!
I just took some quick pics using my cell phone, so photos are pretty bad. :(
This is a clipboard I applied the vinyl to. The title was just something I designed using a few different fonts.
Here is a blank journaling book. The book is actually purple and I bound it with some matching twine.
This is a glass block light. I wish I would have used a frosted glass so the lights wouldn't show through or at least have used white lights...oh well...It still looks pretty cool! I used musical Washi tape and added it around the edges and tied a big black bow around it.
My daughter would love these!
ReplyDeleteCould you tell me what facebook group had that Beatles file? I havebeen searching and searching! Thank you
