Football Card

My husband's cousin is starting college football at ASU this year, so I decided to make him a Congrats/Welcome to Arizona card!  The files are from SVGCuts.  The football is from the awesome collection; Give a Gift Card SVG Kit. I just omitted the little slots that would have held the gift card and cut off the little tab on top.  I ran the football through my Cuttlebug using the swiss dots folder.  The helmet and numbers are from the Sports Lovers SVG Collection.  I printed the logo on the card stock and then cut it out.  After making this card, my husband tells me the logo on the helmet changed this year.  Oh well!  The corner tabs came from the Cruising Caravan Scrapbook Pages SVG Kit.  I embossed them as well.  Inside the card, I stamped "Best Wishes and Congrats!"

Guess now I have no other choice than to be an ASU fan now...hard to do that when I am already a UofA fan...ooops!!  (they are rivals!)  At least we get tickets to all the games!

St. Patty's Day Invites

These were invites I sent out for our St. Patrick's Day Party this past year.  I used the front of the Pot o' Gold Bag  from Charm and Chance SVG Kit from SVGCuts and turned it into a card.  The gold coins are just circles I punched out of gold card stock using a circle punch.  Then I stamped my sentiment on the gold coins, inked around the edges and popped them out using pop dots.  The green card is stamped (for the background) and the stamped images are embossed with clear embossing powder.  I printed the information on the inside and did some more stamping.

St. Patty's Day Ribbon Door Hanger

I used a file from an SVGCuts collection called Charm and Chance and tweaked it just a bit to make it different.  I cut a bunch of different ribbons (most were scrap) in green shades and just tied them in knots all the way around the balloon.  I think it just came out so cute!

St. Patty's Leprechaun

We had a St. Patty's Day party here at my house and I just had to make this to hang above the dessert table!  I made him as big as possible, he is about 16" tall.  I used the svg collection from SVGCuts called Lucky Day Bags and Boxes.  He just hung on my wall instead of going on a bag!  He was lots of fun to make...how could he not be with that huge smile and white teeth showing!

St. Patty's Day Wall Decor

Here is a wall decoration I made for this past St Patrick's Day.  I thought it turned out pretty cute! It is pretty big too....about 4' x 4'.  Everything is cut from from SVGCuts.com files.  (of course!)   I did lots of embossing with my Cuttlebug, added some bling to the dog's collar and some clear crystal effects to his nose to make it nice and shiny!  I love how the dog is holding the ribbon in his mouth!

Fall Wreath

This is a wreath that I made last Fall.  (The original design came from Thienly who used to design for SVGCuts).  I will be posting  a lot of things I made awhile ago, since my blog is fairly new and I like to share everything I have made. 

I spent so much time making this wreath and never even hung it up!  So I am looking forward to displaying it this Fall.

Everything is attached using hot glue to a grapevine wreath that I got at Michael's. Lots of inking gives wonderful depth and richness.

Army Guy Bags

I made these bags for my 3 yo little boy and my nephew who is the same age. I gave them out for Valentines Day.  I had tried to come up with something "boyish" for this day, and this is something I made.  I used a file from SVGCuts called Play All Afternoon.  This is a great collection with so many elements in it!  The bag is from the collection Betty's Bags and Boxes II SVG Collection.  I used white ink around the edges of the men to give them a little more depth.  I added army men from the dollar store  inside some plastic bags and tied them up.  Add a little embellishments and done......Pretty simple!
