Bat Treat Cones

These adorable Bat Cones come from a kit called Party On Elm Street from SVGCuts!  Aren't they just cute!  I did embossing on his wings to give it a creepy look and feel.

Haunted House

I never got around to posting my halloween stuff I did...so here goes!  This AWESOME house comes from an SVGCuts kit called Elmhurst hollow SVG Kit.  What a file!!  Just amazing!!  I pretty much just followed the whole kit.  I added some glittery spiders, cats and pumpkins.  I embossed the wood planks and did lots of inking.  You have to try this house out...it is so easy to put together.

Countdown to Christmas Wreath

This was so much fun to create, and I can't wait to use it with my family!
I did something a little different with this Build-a-Project wreath from Creative Kuts. I made it into a Countdown to Christmas wreath with 25 "cones". Every year, our family always does a countdown. I write on little pieces of paper and we do something simple each night...play a game, make special hot cocoa, sing Christmas songs, drive to look at lights, etc. It helps us come together as a family... each night, even if it is super simple. The paper I write on usually goes into another countdown decoration I have, but this year, I willl use this wreath! I think I will just tape the pieces of paper behind each cone and they will take turns pulling one off each day. (or I could make little pockets for the papers...hmmmm...)

The numbers are glitter stickers and and the little snowflakes are foam stickers. I just cut out white circles, stuck on the numbers and then hot glued them to the snowflakes.  There is a ribbon in the back (hot glued) to hang the wreath from. I did some inking to the edges and added a few sparkly gems, and of coures added highlights with the awesome gel pen. Don't forget the buttons and twine!  The words are just printed on cardstock.  I think it turned out pretty cute!

The wreath svg (just the "cone" part) is from Creative Kuts and was free for those doing the weekly Build-a-Project.  I added 25 cones to adapt to my Countdown to Christmas.  The large snowflake is from SVGCuts from the Snowflakes SVG Mini Pack.  The snowman is from Creative Kuts from the Snowman Gift Card Holder.

Hello Kitty Purse

I was asked to make these purses for "goodie bags" for a fashion Birthday Party and I needed to make 25 of them!  Whew!  I kept them fairly simple (lol...yeah right!) since I needed to make so many.  The adorable purse is from SVGCuts Amelie's Accessories SVG Kit.  The bow is from My Grafico/LaLaStudio.  The bows are so cute and so easy!!! The Hello Kitty face is from a Cricut Cartridge.  At the party, the girls names were written under the kitty face in black ink.  The white stitching was done with a white gel pen. I love those pens!!!  I made half of the purses pink and half were purple.  I also added just a few bling details to add that little extra...it was a Fashion Show after all!!  (You can see the invitations that went with these HERE)

JOY album

This was a free svg Build-a-Project from Creative Kuts.  We got a different svg every so often to complete this project.  Some of the basic shapes were cut from SCAL2.  It was fun to do!  Just need to add some pictures and do some journaling in all the little blank areas.

Falling For You Step Card

This was another free Build-a-Project svg from Creative Kuts.  I will probably add a poem or maybe a picture(s) to the blank area.

Ghost Box

Here is an adorable ghostly box I made.  The free Build-a-Project svg file was from Creative Kuts.  I added the tombstone to the back and it came from SVGCuts from their Elmhurst Hollow SVG Kit.  I did some embossing and inking to all the pieces.  I had made some cake pops, so I put a piece of foam inside the box and stuck the cake pops in!  It turned out cute!

Monster Spray!

When my 3 (now teenage) kids were little, they were afraid of monsters, so I put some water in a spray bottle and told them it was monster spray and that I bought it at the Monster Store. It worked and it was nothing fancy, just water in a spray bottle!  Now, my 4 year old has been having monster issues for the past few months now and when I saw Happy Life, Crafty Wife's idea for making her Monster Spray (you can see hers HERE), it brought back lots of memories!!  But oh! Hers was so cute and fancy!!  I just had to make it even if it took me all day.  I was determined to get my son to sleep all night without waking up crying about monsters.  (Poor guy!  Poor me!..lol)  Happy Life, Crafty Wife's is sooooo much cuter, but I wanted to share mine.  I added a drop of clove oil to min to give it a smell, which is what my son thinks keeps them away.  Hey--it worked--and for awhile there wasn't any monsters.  He had a nightly routine and sprays in different areas and was sleeping well.  WAS being the key word.  Just the other day he brought it to me and wanted to throw it away, because he said it didn't work anymore!!  LOL  So, now I am making threats....just kidding....we are now giving special treats in the am if he sleeps in his bed all night.  *sigh*  So, anyway....this is what I came up with using Tamara's idea!

The letters are from SVGCuts called Handwritten Alphabet SVG Collection and were welded in SCAL2 with a shadow added.  The monsters are from Lettering Delights.  I made my rectangle box that holds the spray bottle bigger than what the directions said.  I felt the smaller one didn't hold the bottle very well.  I added a circle to the top to make it even more sturdier since it gets pulled in and out alot.

Forgive the pictures....I took these in a hurry after I had already given this to my son and it had drips on it and trying to get good pics....I just gave up!  So here it is!

Spiderweb Cookie Boxes

These adorable spiderweb boxes come from Lori Whitlock svg's.  The  glitter spiders and the BOO were bought "confetti" in a package from Walmart just like that and I just glued them on.  The lid has clear acetate under the web, so it is very, very sturdy.  The stamp is from Punkin' Patch Stamps Trick or Treat set.  The twine and buttons adds a cute touch!
