Sock Monkey Happy Birthday Card

Here is a cute LO border I made for a mini challenge using a file from Little Scraps of Heaven (sock monkey) and from SVGCuts  Birthday Dinos SVG Collection (Happy Birthday).  I am actually going to put it on the front of a large card and add a few balloons in his hand to give it some dimension.
