Welcome to my Blog! I love making anything with paper! I especially love making cards, paper cakes, layouts and party decorations. Rubber stamping has always been a passion of mine as well, for many years. I hope you enjoy everything you see and that it inspires you to be crafty and create!
I made these for my teen kids birthday parties to be used as decorations around their cakes. Their birthdays are all in the same month (2 are twins), so we decided to have a big surprise party for all of them! The 3D numbers are from SVGCuts from the 3D Numbers Party SVG Kit. This kit also has a cute party hat and cupcake box!! These would have been a lot better...but I decided to make them at the last minute (just a few hours before the party!) They would be fun embellished with ribbon, cutouts, etc.
I am in love with these adorable Apothecary jars ~ so spooky and real looking! The file to create them is from SVGCuts from the Toil and Trouble SVG Kit. The kit contains other fun 3D items to make as well! The labels come from the Silhouette store that I just sized accordingly and printed out. I inked the edges just a bit. The flair buttons are also from Silhouette. I just sized to 1", punched them out and added bubble caps to the tops. Super easy and cheap to make!
The panels on the sides of the jars are embossed with embossing folders from Sizzix. The small one is embossed with "Diamonds" and the large one is embossed with "Bricked". Then a gray chalk pad was gently rubbed over the embossing and all the edges to "spook" it up a bit. The large glittery spiders were found at Walmart and just hot glued to the top of the lids. On the lids on each side I added some black gems.
This was made using a box file from Creative Kuts. It is a cute little box and it has 4 note cards inside with envelopes. The stamps are from Stampin' Up. I like the antique/country look and it would make a cute gift for someone!
I love these cute napkin rings that I made and have used for the past 2 years at Thanksgiving! They look so cute sitting on the table! They were made using files from SVGCuts. Here is what I used: AUTUMN CUDDLY FRIENDS SVG COLLECTION GOURDS GALORE SVG COLLECTION HARVEST HILL FARM SVG COLLECTION SEPTEMBER AFTERNOONS SVG COLLECTION I cut out the files that I wanted, inked them all and hot glued them onto a piece of rolled card stock. Super easy!! I also cut little tags out and wrote each person's name on the tag and attached it with some natural twine.
