I'm in love with this adorable anchor card from SVG Cuts!! It is from the High Skies SVG Kit. I thought my red, white and blue paper went well with it and I just happened to have the stamp too! It was a perfect fit! :) The paper is the Cruise Voyage Collection from Gartner Studios. I braided my own "rope" too!
