I made this for my mom for Mother's Day. She loves teddy bears and I thought it would make a nice decoration. The bears came from Little Scraps of Heaven Designs and the flowers are from SVGCuts from the Cherry Blossoms Mini SVG Collection. I bought a $1.00 wooden frame at Michaels and painted it white, then added all the elements.
